WonderShark.ai ("WonderShark.ai," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (WonderShark.ai.com or its subdomains), use our SaaS platform, and engage with our services (collectively, the "Services").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our Services.
By using our Services, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the application or make payments, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.
- INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Services depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:

- CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold as required by applicable law, such as 16 in certain EEA countries). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under this age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
- THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
Our Services may contain links to other websites or services that are not operated by us (e.g., links to LLM providers' websites). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services, including the LLM providers whose models we query. The inclusion of links to such services does not imply an endorsement of their content or practices.
- "DO NOT TRACK" SIGNALS
Some web browsers may transmit "Do Not Track" signals to websites with which the browser communicates. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. We currently do not take action in response to "Do Not Track" signals.
